Earthworms
Importantly, too, Jacobi Jayne also do a range of Earthworms.
Some birds like to eat them, but these native British
Earthworms are well
loved by badgers too. They can be easily fed to
Badgers from a shallow,
steep-sided metal dish. Given that badgers can eat up to 200 worms in a
single night, I guess this isn't something you'd want to provide every
day. However, we are sure that badgers would like a tub every now and
again as an occasional treat. You'd also be able to use them to try and
attract badgers into a particular area, for example, if you wanted to
photograph them from a hide. These might also be very useful for Badger Groups
to help rehabilitate animals for release.
